I just joined, when do i go to orientation?After you join the office, and we get your license are able to activate it with the state, the office will reach out to you to schedule a time for an office orientation.

Do I need to restart my transaction if I didn't begin in CommandYou do NOT need to restart your transaction if you didn't begin by putting it in Command. You can simply just download your fully signed forms, create an Opportunity in Command, and then choose the PDF files off of your computer to fill out the compliance checklist.

Do I have to use Command?While you do not have to use all the tools in Command, you MUST use Opportunities to submit your documents for a compliance review and to submit your commission request in order to get paid upon the closing of your deal.
